Website with logo+design+SEO

I need someone to design and develop a new website. The site will be a news site, with a simple, yet professional looking design. We are starting from scratch here, and I have no content or artwork, so a professional logo for the website needs to be included. Related menu art or icons may also be nice. The website will be publishing "shock" or "shocking" related news, so keep that in mind for the scheme. I would like Search Engine Optimization for google/yahoo based on shock news, shocking news, etc. I will be personally updating the site with daily entries (text + images + links). I need some simple script to do this. Please do not copy either of the designs. I don't know if the sites use Wordpress or other software, but I need something that is very easy to update with a simple, clean interface. When it comes to coding I have very little knowledge of anything other than basic HTML. I'm not sure if it is needed, but my server has mySQL5 and php5.
