The link above is what our home page would be like. Our new site is about one ski resort, not many as in the home page: http://skitown.com/ Layout and navigation to be set up similar. I will work with you to supply some graphics (PSD and JPG) files that may be modified and used for the site. Via a web based control panel, the administrator (with log in) will be able to add, delete or modify the main category sections on the site. And then add content (including images). The final delivery will have the all categories set up with all same content and links to weather and maps. "around town" sections will be set up with all businesses and information as well. You can use the listings (business names and information) from this site or search Google to get more if needed. Main Catogories will link to list of businesses "layout table". Content table to be set up in same manor as site below with up to 3 pictures on the right, with a link to more with a photo gallery as in this site. Would use GD image library for upload and resize. Two levels are offered when a business signs up: Level one is FULL PAID LISTING. Listing would be set up and be similar to: http://skitown.com/resortguide/lodgingad.cfm/vt15/1000249/OkemoOnce registered and PAID , the resort/business owners will be able to post their regular information, "special deals", and have link to their site, and they can update these entries anytime, with a log in. (The link to their site will be a pop up, so my site is still open behind it. )Lodging business will also be able to post their "last minute vacancies". Resort/business owners will be paying through paypal link that will need to be set up and configured. Site visitors can send email to a business with an email link. This would be a small window pop-up with form. Lodging/Resort owners (Paid listings) can post "last minute special" deals (as in skitownresorts.com) and the system will add an icon next to the property. Referred to as "Last Second Club vacancy" on the site to be cloned. Reffered to as "Last Minute Deals" on our new site. When they do this an icon(s) is added to the page as seen here: http://skitown.com/resortguide/lodging.cfm/s0/vt15/Okemo"last minute vacancy" icon will appear on most left column. Also a business can post a "Coupon special", an icon will appear on most right column. "Coupon special" or "last minute vacancy" icon will link to addition page with the detailed deal information. Level two is FREE LISTING. This option allows only a short listing that will appear only in main catogory listing table as seen here: http://skitown.com/resortguide/service.cfm/s0/vt15/OkemoListing not bolded and appears below paid list lower part of layout table. The FREE LISTING will allow business name, description, phone number and email link. It does not allow them to have a link to their site and does not allow them to add pictures. With both options they will be assigned a user name and password so they can edit their own listing. The administrator (me) can reset the password or edit the listing if I want. The admin will get notification email with details when a someone signs up. Banner management As the administrator I will be able to control (and configure) rotating banners on the site. When I sign up someone (an existing resort owner with listing) for a banner add, they will nave access to their own banner hits statistics section when they log in. Banners and adds will be on the right hand column of the site and one other place, perhaps on top. Standard banner sizes, one small and one large. Banner Management will support various campaigns and zones of site. Flights and Car Rental pages to be set up with content and booking ability from our affiliate: http://www.ian.com/Ability for a site visitor to read and/or post a review of a business or resort. Admin will receive email notification when a review is posted. Site done with CSS, with notes so they I know what each style controls. Search engine friendly links. Website users can sign up for "last minute deals" Newletter. This will be a managed email list. This will include a verification and auto delete feature if someone wished to be removed from list.
