Standard Business Terms For Our Website /Software Development Projects

  1. Our support staff is available 24X7 but the production staff will be working only as per Indian business hours, at GMT+0530 hours. For interaction with clients in pre sales and post sales phases we maintain an online service manager who acts as a bridge between our production teams and customer care units.

  2. Unless absolutely required, we do not encourage direct contact between our staff and customers. It has been old experience with us in the field of software development that the single point contact policy works best in this industry.

  3. With every project we deliver, we expect the customer to rate our services and share with us his project experience, along with comments regarding scope of improvements.

  4. When a customer is not happy with our product AND/OR service, we offer him between 50% to 100% refund depending on the case. For payments made through Paypal.com customers can claim refund within 45 days while payments made to us via ccavenue.com can be charged back within 90 days of remittance.
