Website and CMS (PHPMySQL)

Please find full website/CMS details in the document attached. You may use an existing off the shelf PHP/MySQL CMS to get the base code. All general and specific requirements must be met before hand-off. There is a lots of future work if the project goes well. Payment will be provided (via western union, check, PayPal or ScriptLance) after 14 days of testing and no bugs are found. All copyrights belong to my company and all code/database/scripts/graphics should be handed over with the fully functional website and CMS.
