Payment processor integration

I need someone to integrate another payment processor into an existing websites thats developed to use Paypal and 2checkout. User register, select package and then payment method. 1) Manual payment just show a simply page with offline payment details. The data are posted but user set to inactive. Admin must receive an email with a link to "activate" the user after funds was received. 2) Credit Card API integrated so that, after successfull payment, user details are posted and made active without admin intervention.
