Imeem project playlist Clone

I'm looking for a programmer who can code a site clone for imeem[dot]com or projectplaylist[dot]com, whichever is easier and more feasible.

It doesn't really need to be as complicated as the sites above, as long as it does its main features.

I have several dedicated servers so testing this shouldn't be a problem, if ever you really need to run this online on a dedicated server.
